2. About Matched VA

Matched VA provides virtual assistant staffing, administrative support, customer service support, lead generation assistance, marketing support, and related business services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our services.

4. Service Availability

Matched VA may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain lawful business practices

  • Use services in compliance with applicable laws

  • Provide necessary access and resources for service delivery

  • Refrain from requesting illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities

6. Payments and Fees

Fees for services will be communicated separately through proposals, service agreements, invoices, or subscription plans.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Matched VA website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is owned by or licensed to Matched VA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business information shared during the course of the engagement.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matched VA shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruptions

  • Loss of data

Our total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. No Guarantees

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Matched VA does not guarantee:

  • Specific business results

  • Revenue increases

  • Lead generation outcomes

  • Marketing performance

  • Employee performance outcomes

Results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matched VA, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if a user violates these Terms or engages in unlawful conduct.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

14. Changes to These Terms

Matched VA may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
